Tom Barrett produces a wonderfully practical blog which contains many ideas on how to integrate technology into the classroom. A great place to start for someone looking to take technology one step further. He teaches upper-primary kids.

Michael Fawcett is a NZ teacher who has a lovely class blog. What I like about it is that there is a lot of input from the kids (see his blogging template for details), and you regularly see the work the students produce in class.
This is Jenny She's class blog with kids aged 5 and 6. This is a good example to show how ICT is being integrated with the little guys.
